| The rates are
listed in USD and are for a four-week period. In addition to the rate, there will be a $75
departure fee required for cleaning. Guests wishing to stay consecutive
four-week periods, will have the rate reduced by
a maximum of $100. Additional weeks are $750/week in peak season
or $700/week in mid or low season.
Verified funds at time of booking is required for
payment with half of the first month's rate to
secure the unit. A security deposit equal to a
four-week period may be required.
Christmas/New Year booking requires a minimum of
a two week rental.
